Cancellation Policy

Shared basket bookings

  • Without trip insurance, written notice is required at least 72 hours before the scheduled meeting time to cancel.
  • With trip insurance, guests may cancel up to 8 hours before the scheduled meeting time and receive a flight credit. One reschedule is permitted within one year at no additional fee.
  • Groups of 6–13 passengers require 10 days' written notice to cancel or adjust a reservation.
  • Groups of 14 or more passengers require at least 20 days' written notice to cancel or reschedule any passengers.
  • If the operator cancels the flight, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund, minus trip insurance, processing, and booking fees.

Private flights: At least 14 days' written notice is required before the meeting time so the space can be refilled.
