PonoPay is simple, 6% ticket fee is charged for any transaction where credit card payment is processed. The fee covers merchant credit card processing and use of the reservation system costs. Unlike other systems that charge an addition 2%+ for merchant fees and keep the non-refundable ticketing fee.

With PonoPay the customer is refunded 100% purchase price, including the ticketing fee. As the supplier if you cancel, the customer receives the full price paid for the tickets, including the ticketing fee.
